How do you work out my offer?
We look at what the same item has recently sold for on eBay UK in the condition you describe, and make you a single, fixed cash offer. Postage is free — we send you a prepaid tracked label — and there are no fees. You see the offer instantly, no haggling.
Is the offer guaranteed?
Your offer is subject to inspection. If the item arrives as described, we pay the full amount. If it differs — for example a fault, missing accessories or heavier wear — we'll send a revised offer. If you decline it, we return your item free of charge.
How and when do I get paid?
By bank transfer (Faster Payments) or PayPal — paid the same day we inspect your item.
Does postage cost me anything?
No. We email you a prepaid, tracked shipping label. Pack your item securely, attach the label and drop it at a post office or parcel shop.
What can't you buy?
Faulty or non-working items, clothing, shoes, bags and fashion accessories, watches and smartwatches, designer or luxury fashion, weapons or replicas, liquids, aerosols, loose batteries, vapes, food, counterfeit goods, and anything too large or heavy to post (over 30kg or 1.5m long).

What should I do with my data on phones, tablets and laptops?
Please back up, sign out of iCloud / Google / Microsoft accounts and factory reset before sending. Activation-locked devices can't be accepted. We securely wipe every device we receive.
What happens to my stuff?
